There are 28 people in a restaurant. 14 are vegetarian and 14 are non-vegetarian How many vegetarians and non- vegetarians would need to leave or come in so that the ratio of vegetarians: non- vegetarians is 4 to 3?​

Sum of Ratio = 7

7 parts = 28

1 part = 28/7 = 4 people
