Total number of Ways project manager can complete the project = 20  or 465 Ways

Step-by-step explanation:

After development, there are 4 people who can independently work and lead the process to the next step i.e. Review.

=> Project Manager  can decide to have it done in 4 ways

Further ahead, there are 5 people who can work independently and lead to the next step i.e Roll-out.

=>  Project Manager  can decide to have it done in 5 ways

Total number of Ways = 4 * 5 = 20

if Project can be completed with any number of People

Then  Review can be done in - ⁴C₁ + ⁴C₂ + ⁴C₃ + ⁴C₄

= 4 + 6 + 4 + 1

= 15 Ways

Then  Roll out can be done in - ⁵C₁ + ⁵C₂ + ⁵C₃ + ⁵C₄ + ⁵C₅

= 5 + 10 + 10 + 5 + 1

= 31 Ways

Total number of Ways project manager can complete the project = 15 * 31 = 465 Ways
