Then,

In 1st mug

Water = 3/8 x

Milk = 5/8 x

In 2nd mug

Water = 1/7 x

Milk = 6/7 x

In 3rd mug

Water = 2/7 x

Milk = 5/7 x

Total water = (3/8 + 1/7 + 2/7)x = 45/56 x

Total milk = (5/8 + 6/7 + 5/7)x = 123/56 x

Ratio of water/milk = (45/56)x/(123/56)x = 45/123.

New ratio of milk to water iz 123:45.
