There are 3 multiple choice questions on a test, and each question has three different choices, where only 1 option is correct.
If Alex guesses random answers for each question, what is the probability he will answer all 3 questions correctly?

It is clear that in each case only one answer is correct, that is, out of three options only one is correct.

So, the probability is 1/3.

Probability=\frac=No.\:of\:favourable\:outcomes}{Total\:no.\:of\:outcomes}

=> \frac{1}{3}

Hope I did it correct...!!!✌

Answer: 1 /27

Step-by-step explanation:

Each question has a 1 / 3 probability of being guessed correctly , so getting all three correct

= ( 1/3 )^3

= 1/27 chance
