There are 3 red socks. 3 blue socks , 3 yellow socks and 3 gray socks in drawer. if you are blindfolded then how many socks you must take from the drawer so that at least two of them are of the same colour?

When you are blindfolded and you need to pick at least 5 socks so that at least two them are of same colour.

Explanation -

Suppose, first you pick any colour. Say you pick red socks then the 2nd one you pick is blue and then you pick the yellow one and the 4th one you pick is of grey colour. Then the socks you pick, which can be red or blue or yellow or grey colour. This will make the matching complete. It means you will have two of them with same colour. 

So, you have to pick at least 5 socks so that you have two of them with the same colour.
