( 2+R )2 - 12 - ( 3-R )2 / 2 x 1 x ( 3-R )   = -{(1+R)2 - 22 - (3- R) 2 / 2 * 2 *(3-R)}

Then,

R=  12 / 14=6/7

p = 6

q = 7

So by adding p and q we get 13.
