Hi ,

Total number of chocolates = 35

Divided ratio = 2 : 3

Total of the ratio = 2 + 3 = 5

5 equal parts = 35 pieces

1 part = 35 / 5 = 7 pieces

Friend get = 3 parts

= 3 × 7 pieces

= 21 pieces

I get = 2 pieces

= 2 × 7 pieces

= 14 pieces

I hope this helps you.

Answer:

You=14 pieces.Friend=21

Step-by-step explanation:

no. of chocolate pieces you get = 2x

no. of chocolate pieces friend get = 3x

A/Q

2x+3x=35

5x=35

x=35/5

no. of pieces you get = 2x=7×2=14pieces
