To Find:-

The numbers of officers and workers.

Solution:-

Let, the ratio of number of officers be 3x

And, the ratio of number of workers be 22x

Now,

$\bf 3x \: + \: 22x \: = \: 375$

$\bf => \: 25x \: = \: 375$

$\bf x = \frac {\cancel{37\cancel5}\: \: 15}{\cancel2\cancel5}$

$\bf x \: = \: 15$

$\therefore$ Number of officers = 3 × 15 = 45 and Number of workers = 22 × 15 = 330

The numbers of officers are 45 and the numbers of workers are 330 [Ans]
