Answer: Let x be an integer.
∴ 4 consecutive numbers shall be x, x+1, x+2 and x+3
∴ (x)+(x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)= -378
∴x+x+1+x+2+x+3= -378
∴4x = -384
∴x = -96
∴ the greatest integer is x+3 = -96+3= -93
