Answer:   i think the question is....There are 4 letters and 4 addressed envelopes. find the probability that all the letters are not dispatched in the right envelope.

4 letters without any condition can be put  

P is the probability that all letters dispatch in right envelope          

and probability that all letters are not dispatch in right envelope=   1-P                                                                                                  

the ways in which all laters are in right  envelope =1                    

 the four gaps can be filled by L1 L2 L3  L4                                    

FROM HERE  WE GET P=1/4!                                                  

REQUIRED PROBABILITY =1-1/4! =4!-1/4! ANSWER
