total number of vehicles = 480
Number of bikes = 45%
=> 45% of 480
=> 45/100×480
=> 45/10×48
=> 21.6 = 22
number of cars = 4%
=> 4/100×480
=> 4/10×48
=> 19.2 = 18
Total number of bikes and and cars = 21.6+19.2 = 40.8 = 41
Number of buses = 480-41 = 439
hence the required number of buses are 439 (439.2)
