then the no of student
required is a perfect square no.
nearest no. of 4931 which is a perfect square is 4900
so,the no. of student left is 4931-4900=31

if the number of rows and columns is same then obviously we have to know the square root of 4931 other wise nearly other number ..so the number I got 4900 .. that's square root is 70 and there would be left 31 bcZ 4931-4900=31
