There are five more electrons that the normal state of a conductor then it will be negatively charged.

- There are equal number of electrons and protons in the normal state of a conductor which means a conductor is electrically neutral in it's normal state.

- Now,when the electrons or the negativity charged particles are added in the conductor the total negative charge of the conductor increases than it's normal state.

- And,we all know that negatively charged substances are known as anion.
