The answer is Tom.

Explanation:

Nobody called him and everyone gets informed by Byran or Alex, except for Tom. Therefore, he is the culprit.

Reasoning:

  • The "police station" gets a call at about 9.30 am in the morning
  •  That Mathew was "found dead" in the house, the officers are told the same by Bryan.
  • The police call the people present there and inquire them.
  • When Mathew died, "Alex" had been trying to repair his "broken cell."
  • "Bryan" tells the police that he "had been in the room", and on seeing" Mathew dead" he had called the police .
  • In the kitchen, "Rafi" says he was making coffee when he  came out he saw Mathew dead. "Bryan & Alex" mentioned that Tom was Mathew's close friend, and they could question him if they chose.
  • "Aleena" says that when Bryan called, she was "playing golf" and she was informed of the murder by Bryan.
  • The wise cop figures out the suspect after a lengthy search.

However, while others were informed of the murder, Tom was not informed. Yet he was present at the crime scene. Which mean he had known about the murder. This implies that Tom had killed Mathew, and  he perhaps had come back to the crime scene
