 \tt \red{Answer:-}

Let the no of row and column be x.

Total number of row and column= x=

 \tt{ {x}^{2}  = 500}

 \implies \tt{x =  \sqrt{500} }

 \implies \tt{x = 22.36}

So, Number of rows=Numbers of column= 22

So, No. of children= 22*22= 484

Therefore, no. of children would be left out in this arrangement= 500-484= 16

Hence, 16 children would be left out in this arrangement.
