there are 500 students in the school for p.t drill they have to stand in such a way that the number of rows is equal to number of columns find the number of students left for p.t drill please answer this question

22×22=484 that is a perfect square number so rows and column are 22 and 16 students have to left

400 because if the rows and columns are same then the figure formed them will be a square and the side of it would be root500=10 root5 which means that 100 students will form a square figure or same no.of rows and columns then students left=500-100=400 students
