For greatest number of fruits make one heap.Because a total of 1921 fruits are there which is not dived into any equal parts .Hence one heap containing 1921 fruits is correct.

NUMBER OF PEARS=646
NUMBER OF ORANGES =748
WE CAN FIND NUMBER OF HEAPS,GREATEST NUMBER OF FRUITS
BY FINDING HIGHEST COMMON FACTOR (H.C.F)
Finding H.C.F by prime factorisation
527=17*31
646=2*17*19
748=2*2*11*17
SO 17 HEAPS CAN BE MADE
∴THE NUMBER OF
a) APPLES =31
b) PEARS =38
c)ORANGES =44
