There are 60 fruits in a basket. 1/3 of these fruits are bananas ¼ of these bananas are ripe. How many bananas are ripe? How many bananas are not ripe?

total=60

banana=(1/3)*60=20

ripe banana=20/4=5

not ripe=20-5=15
