There are 7 plates , six biscuits are placed on each plate. If 4 biscuits are taken away from each plate. How many biscuits are left on the plate?

7×6=42 (in total biscuits)

Now 4 biscuits are taken away from each plate so

6-4=2

7×2=14

14 biscuits are left on the plates.
