Total number of sweet paper = 70

Total number red sweets paper = 28

Total number of yellow sweets paper = 70 - 28 = 42

The fraction of the yellow sweet paper =  \frac { \cancel{42}}{ \cancel{70} }= \frac { \cancel{21}}{ \cancel{35} } =  \frac{2}{5}
