There are 75 passengers in each train compartment out of which 25 are females. It is understood that 25 are ticketless in all out of which 5 are females. On a given day, a TTE enters randomly in a compartment and examines a ticket. What is the probability that the person examined was a ticketless female?

answer is 1/5 because there are total 25 ladies in a compartment and there are total 75 passengers therefore there are 25 passengers ticketless out of which 5 are ladies. so 5/25= 1/5
