Total number of chips = 78

Find the number of chip with number smaller than 35:

Number on chips with number smaller than 35 = 34

Find the number of chips with number greater or equal to 35:

Number on chips with number greater than or equal to 35 = 78 - 34 = 44

Find the probability of randomly drawing a chip greater or equal to 35:

p(greater or equal to 35) = 44/78 = 22/39

Answer: (D) 22/39
