There are 5 ways you can select 4 men from a group of 5, just think you are excluding one different man 5 ways, or use 5C4.

There are 20 ways, (6 x 5 x 4)/(3 x 2 x 1) to select 3 women from six. 6C3. If you have nCr, that is choosing n people from a pool of r, this can be found by;

n!/[(r!) (n-r)!]

5 x 20 = 100
