Step-by-step explanation:

Then avg age = A/8. the average age was increased by 2 years means whosoever has come is of greater age than who has left. Increment in total age = 8 x 2 = 16. New teacher's age = 35 + 16 = 51.

hope it is helpful for you...

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:-

Given: -

  • the total number of teachers are 8.
  • the average age WS increased by 2 years.

  • 4 teachers are ttransferred and another teacher was joined.

To find:-

  • age of the new teacher.

Solution:-

let \:  \:  n \:  \:  be \:  \:  the \:  \:  total \:  \:  age \:  \:  of \:  \\  all \:  \:  the \:  \:  teachers

then  \:  \: avg. \:  \:  age \: = \:  \frac{n}{8}

 \\

when  \:  \: 35 year \:  \:  old \:  \:  left \:  \:  another \\  joined \:  \:  (let  \:  \: his \:  \:  age  \:  \: be  \:  \: x)

then  \:  \: avg. \:  \:  age \: = \: \frac{(n \: - \: 35 \: + \: x)}{8}  \:  -  -  -  - (1)

also  \:  \: acc. \:  \:  to \:  \:  question

avg.  \: age \: = \:  \frac{n}{8  \: + \:  2} \:  -  -  -  -  (2)

 \\

equating \:  \:  both  \:  \: the  \:  \: eq.s

we  \:  \: get

x \: = \: 51

 \\

⭐so  \:  \: if  \:  \: the \:  \:  age  \:  \: of \:  \:  teacher  \:  \: who \:  \:  joined  \\ is \:  \:  51   \: \: years \:  \:  then \:  \:  avg. \:  \:  age  \:  \: will \\  increase  \:  \: by \:  \:  2
