Answer:

1)-no. of favourable outcome= 11

total number of possible outcomes=80

P(a multiple of 7)= number of favourable outcomes/total number of possible outcomes

P(multiple of 7)= 11/80

2)- number of favourable outcomes=20

total number of possible outcomes =80

p(greater than 60)= number of favourable outcomes/total number of possible outcomes

p(greater than 60)=20/80=1/4

3)- number of favourable outcomes=40

total number of possible outcomes= 80

p(an even number)= number of favourable outcomes/total number of possible outcomes

p( an even number)= 40/80=1/2

Answer:

1-) there are 10 multiple of 7 under 80. So probability =10/80

=1/8 Answer

2-) there are 20 no. greater than 60 under 80.

probability=20/80

= 1/4 Answer

3-) there are 39 even no. till 80 so probability

=39/80 Answer
