there are a small drum and a large drum.which will produce large sound?why?

Drumhead size has an influence on the size of the sound wave that’s generated, so a bigger diameter head has the potential to create a lower sound than a smaller head.

It works the other way too: a large diameter head can only be tuned so high, and a smaller diameter head at the same tension will create a higher pitch.

With that said, since you can also adjust the tension of a drum, it’s quite possible to tune a larger head to a higher pitch than a smaller head and vice versa. Throw in a 2nd head (bottom head) and you can make further adjustments to pitch.
hence the smaller size drum will produce large sound
