(1) Different societies and cultures have different heritages. A political system in a specific nation-state serves the people in that society, so the political system has to factor in the nuances of that society’s heritage, for the political system to be functional.

(2) This is an example of 3 heritages, illustrating how heritage influences and shapes, if not determines, the political system.

There are different forms of Federal government as every country has different local and state government laws.

  • There are various forms of Federal governments such as anarchy, democracy, communism, bureaucracy etc.
  • A political system represents the people of that country, and the political system needs to make a factor in the complexities of the history of that country, so as to make the political system work.
  • Every nation also has different heritage,  societies and cultures. There is a need for all these elements to be in sync.
