• Like the Conrad discontinuity that is the transition zone between the SIAL and SIMA. Mostly the upper crust and the lowe mantel. Then the Mohorovicic discontinuity is the zone of transition between the Asthenosphere and the upper mantle. Occurs at 150 kilometers  

• Repiti discontinuity is a zone of transformation between the Upper and lower mantle. The Gutenberg discontinuity is the zone that starts from the lower mantle to the outer mantle in the mesosphere. Occur at 2900 kilometers. The last is the Lehmann discontinuity that starts at the outer and inner core in the Bary-sphere, occurs at 5100 kilometers.
