there are enough resources to satisfy the need for human beings but not enough to satisfy their greed explain this this by relating it to the topic developement

Because although most of the resources are renewable still after exploitating it and overusing it they would get finished one day. They can fulfill our needs but if we overuse it for our greed..they would soon be finished.
