Let Charlie has X money
Then, Bindya has 2X money
David has 2(2X) = 4X money
and Alex has 2(4X) = 8X money
we get, Alex : Bindya : David : Alex = 1 : 2 : 4 : 8
A/C to question,
each has two coins in hand
if we give 10 and 5 paise coins to Charlie
then , Charlie has 15 paise {10pasie, 5 paise }
so, Bindya has 30 paise {10 paise, 20paise }
David has 60 pasie {10 paise, 50 paise }
Alex has 120 paise { 20 pasie , 120 paise}
so, Bindya has 10 paise and 20 paise
Then, Bindya has 2X money
David has 2(2X) = 4X money
and Alex has 2(4X) = 8X money
we get, Alex : Bindya : David : Alex = 1 : 2 : 4 : 8
