Solution :-

Let the number of girls be x.

ATQ,

➨ x + 24 = 50

➨ x = 50 - 24

➨ x = 26

Hence, number of girls in the class is 26.

Ratio of boys to girls :

26 : 24

Simplest form = 13 : 12
