All gases go in our body
but only Oxygen is consumed for breakdown of food and the rest are released in the atmosphere .

there are many gases in atmosphere but nose only gets oxygen in because oxygen is very heavy gas and other gases are very light which are found above the atmosphere or on the high attitude oxygen is heavy so it comes down the earth and where we live on our atmosphere and it is a gas which we breathe in
