A campaign manager is a paid or volunteer individual who coordinates a political campaign's operations such as fundraising, advertising, polling, getting out the vote, and other activities supporting the effort, directly. Field workers are people who gain experinece in first hand in the natrual enviorment instead of in the office.  The legal department speak for and defends the company interests and it's employees in courts and government bodies.
