There are many physical changes during adulthood that affect nutritional status. which two changes, do you think are the most damaging and why

The two changes I think are the most damaging are :-
1. The size of Adams apple increases in male which indeed leads to harsh voice in male but it doesn't occur in female.
2. As we grow to adulthood we hit puberty in which we requires more food which leads to making one fat.
