there are no rules and regulations on the lenders in unorganised sector how does this affect the farmers why are they still compleed to depend on them???????

one way of helping the farmers is to provide them loans at cheaper rate so that they are able to be there farming implements and also to dig up Wells for irrigation their fields especially when there are no range or Canal water is not easily available

but still such a facility is not available to the farmers specially in the for long and the rural areas there are forced to arrange the loans from the local money lenders who exploit them in all possible ways simply because there are no regulations on the lenders in the unorganised sector

but such a situation adversely affects the farmers because they are exploited by the money lenders because there are no rules and regulations to keep them under check

but still farmers are compelled to depend on them because in many places banking facilities are not available to them and where such facilities are available they cannot fulfill the demands of the bank because of the ignoring and the and cooperative attitude of the banking staff
