i)because we can see that our society is completely male dominated society altough it is an Indipendent and modern world but there are many groups and society where woman has to take permission of any male present in there houses.

ii)It is necessary to have a have resreved place in Gram panchayat for woman because some problems that comes to the punchyat are only understandable for women ,but if the mens are not allow them to partcipate for the punchyat how should they will get the opportunity

Yes, it is fair. I can say so because earlier we treated women like second class citizens and didn’t give them enough respect. This is only to make it fair.
