There are some activity in which government need to spend their money. It is because expenditure of such activities are very high and are beyond the capacity of private companies. And also if they do so it is very difficult to collect money from each person who use this service. If they provide this services they cost very much. Does government has to bear the cost of Expenditure and spend its money in this activities.

For example:- Construction of bridges, roads, generating and providing electricity, etc.
