There are some oranges in a bag , when 10 oranges more added in the bag ,the no: become 3 times of the oranges intially had .Then how many oranges we're there in the bag intially

Let the orange initially in the bag be x

x + 10 = 3x \\   10 = 2x \\ x = 5

Hence, there where 5 oranges in the bag initially
