Ans1) Judicial Independence is the concept that the judiciary should be independent from the other branches of government.judicial independence is important to the idea of separation powers.Different countries deal with the idea of judicial independence through different means of judicial selection or choosing judges.
Ans2)As per article 84 of the constitution,a person is qualified to be a member of parliament provided he:is a citizen of India,has completed 30 years of age in case of Rajya sabha and 25 years in case of Lok sabha.
