I would love them to help . I would also provide them my own water pump and electricity to fill their water tanks and buckets too.

It would feel such a nice to help others. I would go to Municipal Corporation or Water Corporation to provide a facility for clean and safe drinking water and also request them to dig a borewell so that the all the village people could get the water easily.

And also I would contact to NGO's to help them out .
