If you take in mind that length= 3 peices, breath=2 peices and arrange them accordingly then 3x+2x= 24, 5x=24/5 (not sufficient)
4x+3x=24, 7x=24, x= 24/7(sufficient)
Therefore we can say that If 4 peices is made legth and 3 made breath u can get a rectangular formed if you arrange them horizantly
