Suppose the total volume is 30 ml
the amount of water in these containers will be 18 ml, 21 ml and 22 ml
and the amount of acids in these containers will be 12 ml, 9 ml and 8 ml respectively.
so if mix these mixtures, the total amount of water will be 61 ml and total amount of acid will be 29 ml..
So the ratio between acids and water will be 29:61.
