Answer:

there are times when we feel depressed and hopeless we think that things will never change suddenly a change comes in our mood when cheerfulness replaces the sense of regret. in the prom dust of snow the poet was very sad at the moment and went to say under a hemlock tree which is usually referred as a poisonous and an unlucky charm .

at the momemt the poet was going through a lot of thoughts in his head when suddenly a crow shakes some snow on to the poet , even a crow is thought as un unlucky charm but the moment the snow lands on the poets shoulder he gets surrounded by positive thoughts and an aura full of expectations and happiness . hence this falling of snow replaced the sense of regret with an atmosphere of cheerfulness .
