Solution:

There are twice as many boys as girls in the class. => B = 2G

let class have 90 students, 60 Boys and 30 girls.

If 20% of the boys and 35% of the girls have already handed over their result cards.

the students who have not submitted their report cards

60*(100-20)/100 + 30*(100-35)/100

60*80/100 + 30*65/100

48 + 19.5

67.5

the percentage who didn't hand over the report card

= 67.5/90*100

= 75.

Ans: So The Correct Answer Is 75~(Option D).
