Solution :-

Let us assume that, the second bunch has x banana .

so,

→ First bunch has = x + (x/3) = (4x/3) banana .

A/q,

→ (4x/3) - x = 3

→ (4x - 3x)/3 = 3

→ x/3 = 3

→ x = 9 .

then,

→ First bunch has = (4x/3) = (4 * 9)/3 = 12 bananas (Ans.)

Hence, First bunch has total 12 bananas .

if the second bunch has 3 banana less than the first bunch,

To Find : how many bananas has the first bunch?

Solution:

Let say  first bunch  = x

second bunch has 3 banana less than the first bunch

=> second bunch =  x - 3

first bunch has one third bananas more than the second bunch.

=> x  =  (x - 3)  + (1/3)(x - 3)

=> x = (4/3)(x - 3)

=> 3x = 4x - 12

=> x = 12

Hence there are 12 bananas in first bunch,
