Ratio of force will be 1 :1

As electrostatics force follow Newton’s III law of motion.

So Force [1on2 ] = Force [2on1]

Ratio , F12 : F21 = 1:1

If the changes are placed in a magnetic field then the magnitude of force depends on the magnitude of charges, according to this formula F=qvB

But in this case the charges are not inside any magnetic field that's why both the charges will exert same amount of force on each other. so we can say that the ratio is 1:1
