Heya !!

Here's your answer..⤵⤵
____________________

Radius of outer circle ( OB ) = 15 cm.

Chord of outer circle touches inner circle at D.

Length of chord ( AB ) = 18 cm
so, DB = 18/2
DB = 9cm

OD perpendicular to AB.

In ∆ODB, angle ODB = 90°

OD² + DB² = OB²

OD² = OB² - DB²

OD² = 15² - 9²

OD² = 225 - 81

OD² = 144

OD = √144

OD = 12 cm

Length of radius of inner circle is 12 cm.
