Surface Area of Cube =

6 \times 7 \times 7 = 49 \times 6 = 294 \: cm {}^{2}

Surface Area of Cylinder =

2\pi \: rh \:  + 2\pi \: r {}^{2}

So now

(2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7) + (2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7) = 308 + 308 = 616 \: cm {}^{2}

Here we see Cylinder has more surface Area
