the no. of male employees is 50%
more than that of female employees.
In factory B, the no. of female is
40% less than that of male
employees. The no. of female employees
in factory B is to more than that of

no. of male employees in the two factories < 1.6 M   or  > 4F

Let say Female employees in Factory   A = F

Then Male employees in Factory A = F + (50/100)F = 1.5F

Let say Male employees in Factory B = M

then Female Employees in Factory B = M - (40/100)M  = 0.6M

0.6M >  1.5F

=> M > 2.5F

no. of male employees in the two factories = 1.5F + M

1.5F < 0.6M   ,

=>no. of male employees in the two factories < 1.6 M   or  > 4F
