There are two managers Mr. Tom and Mr. Harris. They both have different point of views that Mr. Tom says that “Controlling is backward looking” while Mr. Harris contradicts by saying that “controlling is forward looking”.Who do you think is right ? Give reason to support your answer.

Controlling is backwards looking is right as we don’t only have to control our business but make it perfect. I am sure my answer is right so mark me as the brainliest
